For Use By Churches, Schools and Seminaries

All of the books on this website may be reprinted by churches, religious schools, and seminaries for use in their teaching program. Any of the articles appearing on this site may be printed in bulletins without having to gain written permission. Church bulletin articles must be reprinted in entirety and the source cited.

Churches, schools, seminaries, and individuals are free to reprint any of our books for use in Bible classes. These class books may not be altered in any way—you must print the booklet in entirety or not at all.

Of course, anyone is free to preach the free sermons outlines without having to seek permission or even give credit to the author.

Bible Land Photographs

You are free to use our Bible land photographs in PowerPoint sermon backgrounds in your sermons, lectures and Bible classes. These items may not be placed on any other website.

I usually grant permission to those who request permission to use my Bible land photographs in books, research papers and other assorted uses. However, written permission must be obtained beforehand.

All photos on this site are the copyrighted works of David Padfield. Copyright infringements can and will be prosecuted to seek statutory damages plus legal fees. In addition, such infringements may be ruled criminal offenses under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

You do not need permission to link to this site from your home page—in fact, I would appreciate it if you would.

The church bulletin articles, Bible class curriculum, free Bible tracts, Bible land photographs and sermon outline books on this site may not be placed on any other website without the express written consent of the author.

Magazines And "For Profit" Enterprises

None of the material on this site may be used in any magazine or as a part of any item that is to be sold without our written consent. Yes, I have obtained the services of a Copyright Attorney before, and will so so again (if needed).

Why This Notice Is Necessary

The Copyright Law is designed to protect intellectual property. I am not trying to hinder the progress of the gospel by enforcing the Copyright Law, I am merely trying to keep unscrupulous men from stealing the intellectual property of others.
